As we commemorate the first anniversary of our laboratory's founding, it's a moment to reflect on a year of remarkable progress and collective achievement. Since opening our doors on January 25, 2023, our team has grown to a robust group of ten dedicated members, including Research Assistant Tracy Zhu, four Research Fellows—Shengsheng, Senfeng, Yao, and Tao—two PhD candidates, Feizuo and Siyuan, and visiting scholars Yue and Huaidong. Our journey saw us transitioning spaces from S3 L3 to S2 L2, adapting and thriving with each new challenge. In terms of scholarly contributions, we have authored four significant publications in top-tier journals such as Molecular Cell and Nature Communications, showcasing our dedication to groundbreaking research. This is just the beginning; the talent and diligence of our team promise even more groundbreaking discoveries ahead.
Moreover, today we gather not just to celebrate our lab's achievements but also to honor Dr. Ma with a baby shower as we joyfully anticipate the arrival of her baby boy. We wish her and her family an abundance of joy, happiness, and health as they welcome their new addition.
